STerraCore Hub is a project-management tool built and operated by Farshid Bateni for his own geotechnical engineering practice. It is not offered publicly as a subscription service. This page explains what information the tool handles and how, mainly relevant if your information appears in it as a client or project contact.
The tool stores business records needed to run the practice: client and project details, site addresses, contacts, timesheets, invoices, and proposals. If QuickBooks Online or Google Calendar are connected, the minimum information needed to keep records in sync with those services is also stored (see below). Basic technical logs (like access times) are kept to keep the system secure.
The tool can optionally connect to:
Use of these services is also subject to their own privacy policies.
Drafting assistance (e.g. for proposals) runs on infrastructure operated by Farshid Bateni, not a third-party AI provider — this data isn't sent outside the system for that purpose.
Stored credentials for connected services (like QuickBooks) are encrypted. Access to the tool is restricted to authorized users. No system is perfectly secure, but reasonable precautions are taken.
