STerraCore Hub is a project-management tool built and operated by Farshid Bateni for his own geotechnical engineering practice. It is currently for internal/personal use and is not offered publicly as a paid service — there is no charge to use it today.

Use of the tool

The tool is used to manage projects, clients, timesheets, invoicing, and proposals for the practice. Anyone with login access is expected to keep their credentials confidential and use the tool only for legitimate business purposes.

Your data

Business and client data entered into the tool remains owned by the practice. Data is not sold or shared beyond what's needed to operate the tool and its connected services (QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar).

Third-party connections

QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar integrations are provided for convenience and are subject to those services' own terms. Farshid Bateni is not responsible for their availability or practices.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is." Reports, calculations, or AI-assisted drafts it produces should be professionally reviewed before being relied on — the tool doesn't replace engineering judgment.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the tool evolves. The current version will always be posted here.
